about is the loneliness epidemic. This was not on my itinerary of things to talk about today, but I felt like

it was really important because I've just been noticing the conversation happening more and more.

If you guys know anything about me, you know that I am somebody who loneliness comes after like

it's its job, baby. I feel lonely all the time. I find myself feeling extremely lonely.

Whether that's in friendships and relationships within my family, I always find myself feeling

lonely in one aspect or the other. Now, the quickest fix to that is remembering to take my

medication on time. Shout out, PMZ.

I don't always remember to do that, and sometimes it's not really, you know, my medication,

it does help a lot.
