Elizabeth the events of last week are unhappy.

However it's a week later and I'm wondering your measure.

Was it just a passing circus came to town and then left, you know, packed up their television

cameras and went away?

There was the presidential election profoundly affected.

I know one of the dogs that are not barking is the expectation that Mr. Biden will announce

this reelect campaign.

That was said to be in the spring and the early spring that was said to be here and there

well, there's no evidence that it's going to be announced recently.

How do you connect the events of last week dealing with a candidate for the presidency

who happens to be a former president?

And the change of direction at the White House about Mr. Biden's timing about his re-election

plans?

Well, starting with the latter issue first, I think that the timing on Joe Biden's

announcement has been side-spiped frequently by things that have happened to the Biden

administration or the economy or the country under his watch and some of it self-insected.

I mean, he was supposed to announce they were going to decide the family over Christmas

whether he's going to run again and announce in January.

Well, that didn't happen.

I think partly because that was when we all found out that there have been secret documents
