which is the indictment of a former president by a district attorney in Manhattan

for well-filled in the blank.

It's a misdemeanor, it's a felony.

There are many versions of this storytelling,

chiefly what I've focused on with conversations the last days,

especially with historian La Conrad Black,

is that there is no precedent for this,

and it establishes what was once called victor's justice.

Each time one party or the other wins in a national election,

you then begin the investigations and the prosecutions.
