where the other side is burnt a little bit, and I have not made a long time, and I have never made

this.

This may look like a baked potato, but I assure you it's not.

Because I've added something to this where you're going to strap your head and be like,

what the hell is that exactly?

And if you're wondering what that means, um, actually

potato in Korean is called kamja. John is pancake or like a brittle pancake. And that's really not why

I'm doing it. I'm doing it because I want to tell a story about the potato and why it's so valuable.

And again, like you can't connect these things in your life to much later.

And there's a moment that I talk about a lot to those that know me and on this podcast.

When I was in Milan, probably like 2014, 2015, I was doing a conference, food conference, Identita Golosa,

which is a very big food conference,

food sort of think tank in Europe.

And I've just butchered the name, even though I've done it a few times.

And my good friend, the great Andrea Petrini, wanted to take me to dinner.
