Summary

Post traumatic growth is a real phenomenon. After traumatic things happen to us, we don’t stay broken forever. We learn and grow from our most difficult experiences and use them to live more meaningful lives.  But all of that can feel out of reach when you’re in the depths of a traumatic loss. This episode will help you begin to move in the direction of growth and healing, so you can reap the benefits of post traumatic growth.  With love,  Dr. Lisa Marie Bobby growingself.com

If you've lived through difficult things, you know that it changes you. Some of these changes

And today's episode is about how to grow, not in spite of the challenges you face, but because of them.

1:43.1

valid and that's coming back to some semblance of baseline,

1:46.9

which is very important and we need to do that. But there is also the next chapter that can

1:54.6

come after traumatic experiences. And I think when it is possible, we all deserve to achieve that so that we are

2:02.9

taking the things that we have gone through. And, you know, even though we do not wish that

2:08.9

they had to happen, oftentimes are able to find the value in them and utilize these life experiences in order to help us achieve our fullest

2:21.7

potential and grow and mature and, you know, ultimately be better people because of it.

2:28.4
