My name is Henry, and in this meditation, we're going to focus on shedding the negative patterns,

shedding the version of yourself that you no longer want to possess and creating the version of you

that you want going forward. This is going to be empowering, uplifting,

and relaxing. So let's go ahead and let ourselves get in a comfortable position,

let our shoulders drop, our face relax, and when we take a deep breath in, we are committing

together to unite on positive causes and being the highest version of ourselves.

Today we are committing to the future.
