This week, we've been talking about rejection and how to reframe it in a positive sense

so that we don't see it as an attack on our character or our abilities, but instead as a new opportunity, an opportunity to find yes in something

Affirmations are really helpful because they help us reprogram our minds and beliefs

about ourselves and the world around us. By repeating positive affirmations we can begin to replace negative thoughts

with more positive and empowering ones and this can improve our self-esteem, confidence, and overall outlook on life.

This is especially true with things like rejection, which can often cause spiraling, thoughts and self-questioning.
