16 has a juicy prospect, and that is the Portland Trailblazers in Yanghansan.

And somebody who I was completely unfamiliar with sitting in the Barkley Center,

hearing him get drafted, I'm like, oh, because, you know, what in most years,

the years that I can't get through 25 scouts, I just don't move too far beyond the lottery

just because I want to have fresh eyes on a lot of these guys.

And so, of course, I know a lot more about him now.

Chinese, Chinese big, this will be his age 20 season and Hansen.

7-1 without shoes and with about a 7-3 wingspan, 9-3 standing reach.

Closest physical comp that I could see was Yaka Purdle, 14 pounds heavier than

Peril was at the combine, but relatively close.

And I was there for the early games in his summer league tenure, definitely a crowd favorite.

And he is, like, Hansen is a, he he's a he's a talented passer he's an intriguing passer

that was the part of his game that was kind of the most notable to me but he was definitely

drafted higher than a lot of a lot of expected like it wasn't just me who wasn't as familiar

with him so that means that summer league is a different kind of lens because it's like, well,

and especially like Mike Schmitt is in the Portland front office.

You and I have a ton of respect for him, though he's not the end decision maker.

And so what was your early, early read on the Chinese Big Man?

Yeah, the passing certainly looked good.

Most of it happening just when he's operating in the DHO game up top, guys would go

back door and he was definitely able to lay the ball out in space for some really nice passes
