We hold ourselves accountable by going back and re-grading the 2024 offseason. A lot of people always say, well, you guys, you just, you spot off all these opinions, and then, you know, it's just like you never said anything and you don't go back and think about it. Like, no, that's actually not true. If you know what we do, I think we do that more than just about anybody to go back and look at it. John and I do it with the trade deadline. Dan and I do it with our offseason grades from last year. And of course, there'll be more that has happened as well, some big extensions, some big trades even that happened after our grading window around this time last year. So we're going to start with the Eastern Conference, much to get into here, Danny.
0:42.3	Do you want to just give our quick rubric of what these grades are before we commence?
0:47.3	Yeah, that sounds great.
0:48.3	So basically, it's how well a team did for relative to the capacity that they had for change,
0:57.9	adjusted for whatever kind of window or whatever focus they should have.
1:02.9	So if you are a, like, so kind of how you change the,
1:07.1	the arc of the franchise focused more on whatever window we think.
1:10.3	So if you're a team that is bad, but you didn't sell off your guys and you didn't do that,
1:17.2	well, then that's not good.
1:18.0	Or if you're a team that had max cap space and the number one pick and you didn't do as much,
1:23.8	well, then that's going to get a lower grade than a team that did about the same
1:27.9	level of change, but had no space and the mid-level exception.
1:32.5	Yes, and that's a great way to put it.
1:35.5	And then also, we kind of strive to have a normal distribution, A through F of these grades.
1:41.8	A C is average.
1:42.8	A C is, things are, you did about what would be expected.
1:46.7	Your franchise really wasn't much better or worse off based on what you had available than
1:51.8	you would have thought.
1:53.1	And obviously an F means that your franchise is in worse shape than when the offseason
1:58.2	started.
1:58.7	A means you really improved yourself.
2:00.4	Again, based on what resources you had available and, as you noted, what you really should be doing
