Gentleness.

Gentleness. Oh, gentleness, gentleness, I just love the word gentleness. Everything about gentleness is so wildly underrated.

Gentleness.

Sometimes we think gentleness is weakness.

It's the opposite. When we go gently, when we're gentle with ourselves, when we're gentle with others,

oh it is strong, it is powerful. It's in fact bold. In fact I'm going to read you a quote from Lautzu who

two and a half thousand years ago said this. I have three precious things which I hold fast and prize. The first is gentleness. The second is

frugality. The third is humility, which keeps me from putting myself before others.

Be gentle and you can be bold.

Be frugal and you can be liberal. Avoid putting yourself before others and you can become a leader among men. Whoo, gentleness, gentleness.

If you're in self-coaching society, you'll know that being a gentle is powerful. Like I said, it's wildly underrated. So much of the

work that we do is questioning our thoughts, questioning our beliefs. And we don't shake

ourselves or shame ourselves or are rough with ourselves in order to see transformation.

It's the opposite. We soothe ourselves.

We gently come back to the truth.
