councillor Shahis Aziz, who started a petition calling for racists to be banned from football

matches in England, the journalist and author Yasmin Alibi Brown, and Sky's chief political correspondent

John Craig. This week we'll be discussing politics and racism in this country, two issues which

have come together following the online abuse received by some of England's footballers

after the weekend's disappointment and defeat by Italy in the final of the Euro 2020

Championship. It's led to some searching questions for politicians over their positions

on taking the knee and what they've said in the past. And one player, Tyrone Ming's, challenged

the Home Secretary directly on social media. This week, the Runnymede Trust published a report

suggesting racism is still systemic in England and that people from ethnically diverse backgrounds

still face inequalities across health,

the criminal justice system,

education, employment, immigration and politics.

We'll also look at how all this affects

minority ethnic communities
