It's a bright new day here,

of course, at Talk Radio as we bask in the glory of the sun shining, the future looking

fabulous and the road ahead unencumbered by the kind of numpties that prevent progress,

apart from those people that are blocking the M25 of course. All in all, it's been a pretty good

week in the Independent Republic and I want you all to share in the largesse that we are all feeling

this morning right? First up, we're joined by Claire Fox, who's got plenty to say about the police

and crime bill and how important it is that we don't let this government grab any more of our

freedoms in the name of safety and in the name of a crackdown on crime. She's talking about

protesters, of course, and protesters are out in force once again this morning

on the M25 trying to convince everyone that the most important thing that we can do to save

the planet is to insulate everybody's house.

It's a very weird campaign, I have to say.

We'll find out what Baroness Fox makes of the proposed crackdown on those insulate Britain

protesters.

I think they've arrested 25 of them already.

And we'll get her view on the woman who is suing the police for arresting her, strip searching her,

and holding her in custody for an hour for the crime, the terrible crime of not wearing a mask.
