Yes, we made it again.

That's right. We're doing our Sunday debrief at the beach.

This is something Julie and I have started doing a couple months ago.

Actually, we did it more than a couple months ago, didn't we?

Yeah, it's been a while.

Were we doing this during the earthquakes? I think we were.

i just six months worth i just remember doing it at different beaches before yeah before

covid when we were allowed to right so yeah i just that's interesting so we may have been doing this

for a long damn time who knows well this is our sunday show where julie and i are unfiltered, unscheduled, have no agenda,

have no previous notions about what we want to talk about, and we just literally debrief.

This is our version of, you know, a brain dump basically, where Julie and I just talk about

the things that are on our minds and kind of bounce things back and forth between the two of us and then maybe talk a little bit about what we're looking

forward to.

Mostly we're relating back to our coaching client stories because we've been coaching for so

long, you know, decades at this point have had over 100,000 coaching calls easily.
