And Julie and I are going to be focusing, I think, for this week on some specific

drilled down skills with regards to working with buyers. I know we always talk about sellers.

We always talk about, you know, essentially all the mechanics and the skill set and the mindset

about attracting sellers. But what we're focusing on this week is buyers. And the reason we're

focusing on buyers is because it's our proven theory that,

depending on your market and your price range, at least 50% of the buyers that you have

are actually sellers and that a lot of you don't understand the very basics of how to essentially,

you know, do the, essentially say what to say, follow a script, pre-qualified

people then to determine whether they have houses to sell. And so what we're going to be doing this
