september the 14th and uh you know i have to say i've been having some very interesting coaching

calls this morning.

And really, actually, you know how some days you have those coaching calls where you just sort of feel drained because you're having to sort of relight everyone's fire?

You know?

Yes.

I didn't feel like that at all.

I felt today that almost to a person, they were sort of motivating me. They're all on fire. I know. I know. We shouldn't say it that at all. I felt today that almost to a person they were sort of motivating me,

actually dealing with real fire. No pun intended. Yeah, motivation, you guys are definitely

in the thick of it. I don't agree with that. It's incredible. Yeah, it's awesome. Totally and

completely bizarre experience to have this time of year.

And all the years you and I have been coaching agents and been selling real estate.

But very welcome. Yes, but very welcome. It's almost like the whole, well, it's definitely,

the spring, you know, market became the summer market. The summer market now is becoming the fall

and the winter market. And it's it's fantastic you know it is really amazing
