Yeah, today's the 13th.

Sunday the 13th, yes.

Yep.

And we always like to warn everyone that this is our Surgeon's General health warning that we put out before we start our Sunday podcast.

Not your normal podcast.

Not your normal podcast.

We're going to talk about whatever the heck we want to talk about.

And Julie and I make a point of always oversaturating our brains on the weekends with things that have nothing to do with the things we think about during the week.

So for the, you know, the point being is we want to keep everything frosty in our minds.

We need unplugged from the real estate, um, helping you guys, uh, with your sales and business building

and business consulting and book writing and podcast creating and all the other things we do during

the week. Sunday is for us to unplug and hopefully spend a little bit of time with you guys and

we can kind of sit

around and, you know, share some thoughts. And when I'm doing this podcast, not so much the one

during the week, but when we're, you know, when Julie and I are doing this, I always, we literally

do this in a physically different location. We're more casual. And we have this visualization that we're sitting around with a group of friends talking about just random topics like, you know, normal people do.

And so that's the point of the Sunday podcast.

But with that said, we can talk about all kinds of crazy stuff.
