Welcome to Real Estate Coaching Radio.

We are thrilled to be presenting a new topic for all of you guys today.

It's how to transition from a part-time dabbler to a full-time rock star.

And when Julie and I were coming up with these points, it occurred to us.

I don't know how to say this politely, but some of you might consider

yourselves full-time, you know, might actually call it your full-time career.

You maybe are just dabbling.

And I think when we go through these points, there's 20 of these points, you're going to, I

can hopefully have some, I think, some well-needed epiphanies in many cases

where then maybe you'll realize there is a difference between treating this as just a dabbling

sort of job versus a full-time career. So we're going to be getting to all those points.
