We have a really fun show for you.

We are finishing up what we started last week, and the topic is basically is your broker making you a broker.

And this is always a heated, often overly discussed topic.

Julie and I talked about this topic probably once every six months or so.

And we review this because this is one of our top questions that we get from agents.

A lot of new agents are always asking us, which, you know, how do I choose a broker?

But we get most of our broker questions from people that are already in it.

And it always happens around tax time or around the end of the year or the start of the year,

those three times of the year, when people start really, agents start rising up to realize

how much they've actually been paying.

Yes. Yeah, you're right. It is a timely subject that crops up at fairly predictable times

throughout the year. So the other time I think is usually, you know, after Christmas before New

years, very common time that people will look at switching, but certainly tax time is popular
