And we are back. We're going to pick up where we left off yesterday. We were talking about how to move from a part-time status in your real estate business

to being full-time.

Okay, excellent.

And so this is a good topic because everyone is always, you know, I just had a series

of interesting calls with podcast listeners. I had to start my calls every morning around 6 a.m. And several of the calls were from agents that were listening to this series of podcast. Because guess what? When you guys ask for help, if it's something that we can immediately help with, we're going to do it. Yeah, we're incredibly busy, but we always prioritize being of service to our podcast listeners

and obviously our coaching clients. So, yeah, if you ever need any help, just ask for help

and we're going to help you. But here's the recurring theme. They were very thankful and

grateful that Julie and I were telling them that they shouldn't quit their jobs, which I thought

actually was hilarious. But I've heard it before, obviously, over the years.

And what they said is that they were essentially being browbeaten by, you know,

brokers and office managers for not burning the ships and quitting their jobs.

And then these office managers and brokers were becoming little mini motivational speakers

and talking about the only way you can succeed is you have no way of retreating and, you know, all these silly things that people say.
