I wonder if you could describe your personal experience of depression first, just to get a sense

of that. Oh, yeah. I mean, that's an interesting question. Actually, I've never been diagnosed

with depression, so I couldn't say for sure that I've had it, though I've had periods of my life

where in reflecting back on it, I'm like, oh, yeah, that was probably depression for at least part of it.

Like, I just remember some times in college where just everything felt really heavy.

Like, it just like took a lot of effort to move

and I wasn't really excited about doing things.

Like I wouldn't say that I was like sad per se.
