Actually, no, why don't I break up my health problems between like the intro and the actual thing?

So I found like, I don't know if you remember like 13 years ago when I got in pretty

good shape and the most like accurate way to test body fat was to do hydrostatic testing,

which is where they dunk you in a tub of water and put you on a scale. Yeah. And that's how they

find out what your body fat percentage is. And but now they do these scans where you you on a scale. Yeah. And that's how they find out what your body fat percentage is.

And, um, but now they do these scans where you lay on a bed for like six,

seven minutes and this thing like, scans you, uh, with like, um, like low level x-rays

or something.

And it gets a whole, an image of your entire body like
