There was, we lost a couple soldiers.

And I thought I'd just start off because one of them is just the worst thing ever.

And the other one's a little bit of a mystery.

So I'll begin with a highly decorated soldier from the Army's elite Delta force died last month,

but the military is just now making this public.

And this was Sergeant Major Christopher Nelms, 46 years old,

and he died July 1st from injuries sustained when his parachute failed to

fully open during a June 27th jump at Laurenburg-Maxton Airport in North Carolina.

That is about 40 miles southwest of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where Delta is based out of.

Yahoo quoted a former Delta Force officer familiar with the incident as saying he was fighting
