It did actually feel like people were treating me differently.

Like how so?

Well, because I've noticed it, because I'm so used to what I'm, what you're usually in.

Like, that becomes a part of you.

But now it was like I was in a whole different world where people treated me quite honestly, they were letting me in more. They were being nicer. They were being nicer. They were being nicer. Well, the thing is, I'm going to be like committing myself, you know, to like usually these are like 16 to 20 some hours. So if I'm

going to commit, I want to hear what they sound like. I want to hear their voice. If I don't

know who the reader is. Sure. Who the narrator is. And, you know, see if we can be in a relationship

together. See if you can like mesh together. See if I feel comfortable with them to spend 16 very intimate hours in my ears with them. You know, I mean, that's what you're doing. They're committing. They're being intimate with your ears. You're committing. You're committing the listing to them. That's true. I need to know whether this is something I can handle or not. And sometimes I can't. That's true. Sometimes I can't. I've had to jump shit before when there's been an audiobook narrator, you know, no offense to anybody, but that has not been my jam. Yeah, there was one, the worst one. I mean, and it's, you know, it's not her fall, I guess, but there was this one author i was reading and it was her

biography it's kind of like a like a cult thing um but she read her own book and she was not very good at

it and it was like it just it took me out of listening to the story which is a really it was a really

good story but i'm like i think i'm going to have to read this one with my eyes. I don't think I can, I can, I can listen. I don't think I can, I can read it with my ears. Yeah. With her reading it. And it's like, hey, maybe, um, you know, maybe I have a professional to that part. Yeah. That's okay. Yeah, it's all right. I have one of those audiobook books right now that I'm listening to that I like. I mean, it's fine. I don't know. It's okay, but it also has like... That's a good story. Thank you. It's still going too. Appreciate you interrupting me. And, but it has like eight different people, which always just distracts me.

Yeah.

Because I can't.

I'm just like, okay, well, there's this person and like, who the hell is this person? Who are they supposed to be? Yeah. It's distracting to me. Yeah, it's a lot of, yeah, a lot of people.
