Summary

When was the last time you played? When we think about our relationship to work and how we plan our lives around it, we often leave very little or no time for play. It’s important to maintain a sensible balance of play with regard to the time you spend working and doing the chores of life. Want more Eve? Try Headspace Today. Learn more about your ad choices. 2:08.6

a little frustration and my husband could sense it. He could feel the resentment. I mean,

2:14.2

I wasn't hiding it very well. He said, you're just getting too caught up in everything

2:18.7

being such hard work and you're not making any time for fun. You know, I know you've
