Welcome once again, Tiger fans, another edition of Play-By Play, presented by our friends at The Advocate, along with our producer, Harrison Valentine, the illustrious Kent Lowe.

I'm Chris Blair, our job.

I'm trying to tell you what's been going on and what's coming up.

And Kent Lowe, this is kind of the week where everything is going on for LSU athletics.

It seems every team is now in competition, and they're going to be coming fast and furious.

And before you know it, the fall semester is going to be open over, and we're going to be talking

about spring sports.

But right now, everybody is on the fields and courts of play.

Yeah, this is the week where all the fall sports get their season started.

Men's and women's tennis will start.

There's cross-country, women's and men's golf is going.

Besides what we've already talked about, volleyball, soccer, and most importantly, football.

Football coming off the home opener against Nichols, kind of a precarious first half, let's say.

And then early moments of the third quarter, suddenly it's a 23, 21 LSU lead after the Tigers got a safety on a botched punt snap early in the first quarter.
