So AC and I, there's this one drill that we do in warm-ups, not even a drill. It's just like something we do to warm up like in dynamics. And it's called a, what is it? A shuffle, shuffle switch. That's what she calls it, a shuffle switch. And it's basically like defensive drills for basketball.
