It's official. I just put the heat on for the first time this season. I love this time of year.

Hi everybody. Just a quick announcement. I wanted to make sure that you knew that the upcoming holiday cooking classes online are going to be really

special. They're a little longer than our regular classes. They are super special. They're

focusing on the holidays wherever you are in the world.

I realize that Thanksgiving is specific to North America, but still we're making seasonal

recipes. It doesn't matter whether it's for

Thanksgiving or not. Obviously that's something we celebrate here in the United

States. But on the Thanksgiving menu, which by the way we have a special right now if you register

for the Thanksgiving class whether you do it on its own or part of the three class bundle

the holiday bundle you can bring a friend for free.

My hope is that you would be able to bring a friend or family member.

When I say bring, I mean sign them up so they can join from wherever they are.

It doesn't matter where they are, where you are, wherever you live, you can join these online

And the hope is that it would be someone who's perhaps not vegetarian, perhaps someone who's not vegan,

perhaps someone who's been supportive of you but doesn't know what to do and doesn't know

Thanksgiving meal or holiday meal or harvest meal or autumnal meal what have

So the delicious menu is Harvest Stuffed Acorn Squash, gorgeous centerpiece. Then we're doing a side dish, sensational seasonal stuffing.
