And one of the things that we've been talking about is the Yeti cooler that we have with us all the time.

I usually carry a couple of them with me, one in the boat, one in the back of my truck,

but it is a very, very, very common piece of equipment.

I tell you a couple of different ways

that you can use that Yettie cooler.

And one of them is a very challenging movement

called a burpee step over or a burpee box jump over. We all know what a burpee is. You're going to be

standing up tall next to this cooler. You're going to drop down to a push-up

position, touch your chest, do a push-up, get back on your feet, jump off the ground.

But if you have a cooler next to you, you can make this movement up quite a bit more challenging

and you can jump on to the cooler or you can do the burpee stand up and step

onto the cooler and over to the other side. So that would be a burpee box jump over or a burpee step

over. If you're going to jump up to the top of the box and then off to the other side and you will do a burpee over on that
