My best friend is one of these two and me and her husband are having a dispute about them and I couldn't find anything on your website to talk about the differences between how they show up and what their cognitive

functions are and just what they look like in daily functioning.

What is the difference between E&TJ's and I&TJ's?

Yeah, this is a really good question because there is a lot of confusion.

People trying to figure out their type, there can be confusion between understanding whether or not they're an E&TJ and an I&TJ.

In fact, I think a lot of E&TJ's test out as I&TJ's.

And the best way to figure out the differences between the two is to go into their

cognitive function stacks.

When Antonio talks about cognitive function stacks, she's actually talking about

the mental wiring of your mind.

This is the layer below just that Myers-Brig's four-letter code that you get, you know, I-N-T-J. Basically that code is shorthand for how your mind is wired,

how you're perceiving the world, how you're making decisions about things that you see in the world.
