We had a series of YouTube videos around each of the personality types and a couple other videos just, I don't know, like

serendipitously on our YouTube channel, not planned in any way, but now that we're doing a content schedule this fall around different

avenues or aspects of our personal development, we decided that we were going to focus on the

platform of creating YouTube videos. And now you've got a channel and

Cheris and Chelsea both people who you know work with personality hacker have channels and so we're all

creating content around different topics

of personal development. So last week was on Emotions which is why we recorded a

podcast on Emotions, we each recorded YouTube videos and emotions.

Well, it wasn't, it wasn't like we got an influx or anything,

but there was a couple different comments

based on my video and your video because my video was on

changing your emotional thermostat which is effectively this idea that we have a comfort zone of emotions and we can you know change

where our comfort zone is and I suggested that we could raise our emotional thermostats by getting out of some of the more negative emotions and finding positive emotions more of our comfort zone.

And then your video was on changing negative emotions to positive emotions.
