topic is that I think of everything that we talk about when it comes to personal development and also just in general like your relationship with reality and how to have the healthiest relationship with reality.

I think the one thing that feels the most sacrosanct

to people, the one thing that they never really, that they don't volunteer to re-evaluate is their belief system or the worldview.

That's the one thing we don't touch, which I find so interesting because your belief systems

and your paradigms and your worldviews create the

infrastructure of your entire relationship to reality. Like basically your

worldview and your belief is how you, it's the filter through which you experience reality.

And that's the one thing that I think most people are, or excuse me, that's the thing that people

tend to be the most protective of and don't really, like they feel like they chose that one a while

back sometimes it was chosen for them and they think that this is the one thing

that is the area that you don't get to touch. Or they trick themselves.

it was kind of this thing like, oh, I can explore alternate ways

of seeing the world as long as I come back
