This is a two-part, this is a second part of a two-part

answer to someone's question, and the person that wrote this in asked a question we answered last week about an ENFJ ISFP relationship.

And this week we're going to talk a little bit about the difference between ENFJ's and ESFJ's.

And before we get that, let's just hear that question once again before we answer today.

A lot of my friends are also ESFJ's. Only one letter is changed, but obviously it alters the functions.

Could you tell me more about the differences and how the two types can interact well?

What does it mean when you have a letter difference in

your personality? You're an ENFJ and you have a lot of friends that are ESFJ's. How does that

show up for you

and the question you just posed Joel is what do you do when there's one letter off and it

depends on which letter it is because each of these letters

alters the cognitive function stack for the types, which is the

technical name for what we call the car model. In this particular question of

an ENFJ with ESFJ friends,

everybody involved leads with the same dominant cognitive function

of extroverted feeling or what we've nicknamed Harmony.
