My name is Joel Mark Witt and I'm Antonia Dodge and let's get right to our

question this week. Hi Joel and Antonia my name is Jack Langen and I am an 18 year old ENFP.

I've recently found personality hacker and have enjoyed deviling into this system and its implications.

One thing in particular I've noticed is that while heroes tend to be fairly evenly distributed

across type in popular books, movies, and TV shows, certain types seem to be underrepresented as villains, especially NF and

FP types.

I'm curious about your take on this trend, why it exists and ways to overcome it.

I really believe that everyone has a capacity to be

heroes or villains and even those black and white terms depend heavily on

perspective. Thank you. Thanks Jack for the question. So there's a short answer to this and there's probably a longer answer, but I'll take a stab at the short answer.

The reason why I feel, and probably Antonio agrees with me too, the reason why there's not a lot of villains that are FPs or feeler perceivers someone who uses introverted feeling

or what we've nicknamed authenticity in Hollywood is because most of the writers and creators in the creative field in Hollywood, a lot of them use authenticity.

A lot of them are FPs themselves or NF's themselves.

So oftentimes when you see someone cast a villain role or write a villain role,

they're going to write a type that doesn't make as much sense to them.

So you'll see a lot of N.T.'s being villains, for example, because it's like, well,

I don't process things the same way so I'm going to cast this

character as the villain in my writing. Yeah I mean not that just to make a

clarification we know what we're talking about but I want to make a clarification

for anybody who might be new that

being an NF or an intuitive feeler is not the same as being as using introverted feeling as a
