And I'm Antonia Dodge.

Recently, I had a friend reach out to me because she's been basically hired by a couple big name companies

to help create an assessment to, you know, almost like in some ways personality profile owners of small businesses to help them get to the next level.

So she reached out to me and we had a bunch of conversations around

what would be some of the most, I don't know, useful components of the typology systems that we work with in order to help

you know these small business owners gauge, you know, what are some of the things that might be holding

them back? What are some of the things that might be you know major aha's as they're trying to get to the next level?

So that conversation though ended up sparking a lot of conversations between you and I Joel

around people's relationship to money in and of itself, not just business, but like

relationships to money that we have depending upon a personality type and if there are

any trends that we can see come up.

Yeah, I mean we created an entire course around this called Hardwired for Wealth

where we talk about how different types of personalities will take on entrepreneurial or

business tones based on how they're wired, how their minds are wired.

And then we showed in that course the different examples of very successful people of a certain personality type and how they were able to be successful business leaders,

leaders in their own right, take on their entrepreneurial spirit in the way that made sense for them.

It wasn't like they had to fit to a mold.

They were able to craft a business or a career around who they were rather than

fitting themselves to another's idea of that.

So I think this conversation about how type plays into what kind of like our relationship with money and
