And we are talking about something today that, frankly, is something we talk about all the time,

but this particular topic is becoming, I would say, inflamed to a level that I've

never seen it become before in the 20-plus years that Julie and I have been paying attention

to the real estate industry.

So what am I talking about?

I'm talking about the do not call list.

You guys are probably violating it.

Probably don't realize how easy it is to violate it, probably thinking that I can get away with it, probably thinking that it doesn't

affect me, the law. And what we're going to do is we're going to give you the facts, and we're

going to give you the facts in a very easy to understand manner, specifically pertaining to our industry, real estate,

and then you have to take responsibility for your actions.

Now, this got started, I think, returned to the topic of, you know,

the Dejure topic of everyone's mind, when California Association of Realtors

a couple weeks ago sent an email out to all their members saying in essence that,

hey, guys, guess what, the robocalling, the do not call list stuff, does apply to real estate,
