I pushed myself to be independent when my family would try to help me. I'd be like, no, let me try. And I try and I fail and I fail and I tried and I failed. But after a while, I learned so many different ways every single day to do something differently and make it easier on myself. And that's what they started seeing. They're like, holy crap. Like,

Why don't you tell us a little bit more about yourself?

Okay. So I am 28. I just turned 28. My birthday is in November. Time is flying by.

Every day, I'm like, oh, I'm so much closer to 30, but I feel like the 30s are the new 20s.

They're the best. So it's a whole new adventure, for sure. I was born in South Africa. I was raised in Europe, Poland, and then I came to the States when I was nine and a half, 10 years old about English is my second language. Polish obviously is my first language, fluent in both. I went back and forth between Europe for a couple of years up until 2015,

and then I kind of stayed in the States since. And I did go to multiple different schools

because my parents moved a lot growing up. I have a twin sister. She is local to me,

and I have a brother. He's also local, and then another brother, he's in Florida.

I moved back in with my parents in 2017, obviously, after my accident. So my parents got a handful
