and his work with Shokras. And that was a fascinating conversation. But this week we want to get into

more practical elements, less theoretical, less conceptual, and more about how we as different

personality types actually experience mind-body practices. Like what are some of the things that

we're naturally attracted to? What are some of the things that we need that we might overlook?

Particularly through the lens of our cognition. Like we're going to be wired to experience

everything in certain ways. And certainly mind-body practices would be another thing that we would

be wired to experience in very peculiar and particular ways based on a personality types.

Yeah, absolutely. I've seen that in terms of just preparing Jung on yoga and also some other people

in the type field like Suzanne Brew and her eight colors. A book have thought about how do

types experience fitness, get into healthy living, what are ways to motivate people, to self-motivate,

and what ends up being rewarding for us, not just in the practical physical sense, but in the

psychological sense. And part of that is also knowing what are the hurdles or barriers to overcome.

And some of that can be from the person's environment. Like if they didn't grow up

at doing any kinds of practices that are good for them, health-wise, fitness-wise, like diet-wise,

just in terms of the whole body and mind connection, then they may have a real obstacle to that later.
