While you are best known for your work in neuroscience of personality and have written

many books on the subject of personality type.

We are on this particular episode going to talk about something that is near and

dear to your heart, but diverges a little bit from what you were best known for.

It'll past few weeks we've been co-producing a program called Young on Yoga, which is

more about mind body practice than it is about things that are only cognitive or specifically

neuroscience.

And Young on Yoga is based on a book that you wrote, which talks a little bit about,

not a little bit, the whole book is about Carl Young's travels to India.

And the wisdom that he called there, which ended up influencing his work on personality

types.

Yeah, it's been an interesting journey.

And I would have to say really that the neuroscience, the yoga, Jung and personality type

are much more intertwined than might look at first at the surface.

So for one is I'm coming from a little bit more of the science perspective and wondering
