My name is Joe Mark Witt.

And I'm Antonia Dodge.

About a decade ago, I was really surprised to learn that one of the best golfers in the

world, Tiger Woods, hired a coach to coach him in golf.

My first thought was, wait a minute, if this guy is coaching Tiger Woods, why isn't

he playing golf and winning tournaments, and then I realize, wait, coaches do something

very different than players.

Players are performative, coaches are calibrative.

They're helping calibrate a player or an athlete's performance.

And I started to notice at that point that most athletes that are high performers have

coaches that help them calibrate their performance.

And then I started looking at the business world, the education world, even the type world

and the influencer world online.

And I started to realize the people that are operating at high levels always have coaches

that are helping them calibrate.

So knowing that about that experience, and Tony and I have a personal ethic around getting

personal coaching ourselves to ensure that we're always stretching and growing and increasing

our knowledge base and understanding of systems that can help us ourselves and you listening

grow together in this personal growth journey of life.

So having said that, we've actually been consulting and getting coaching with Dr. John

Beebe around his eight function model in Jungian terms.
