Finally, I am going to get into a topic that

0:20.8

a lot of you have been asking me to cover and I was holding off because I just

0:24.9

didn't want to pigeonhole myself as only the personality profiling guy or the

0:31.4

neurotyping guy there's a lot more when it comes to health,

0:35.5

wellness, mindset, fitness, training, nutrition, like so many different things that I am passionate

0:40.9

about that I love to talk about. Obviously neurotyping is a big part of what I do and it is something that has been a game changer for me personally and in my career and so I figured I've let enough episodes go by it's

1:51.2

I am a little bit unique, I don't know, there was just like you know I am a little bit unique I don't know there was just

1:54.3

something that I couldn't quite figure out why I was the way that I was or you know the way that I am but now I have a better grasp on that and neurotyping was a big part of that

2:06.4

self-awareness and that self-development process. But, you know, it was one of those things, like I think
