Hi, my name is John Kim. I'm a therapist who went through his own

rebirth many years ago and I've been documenting my journey ever since sharing my life

lessons and revelations. I believe in casual over clinical with you instead of at you. I come unrehearsed on purpose

because self-health doesn't have to be so complicated.

As you guys know I've been documenting my story for the last 15 years post-divorce and

this moment in the state that you're at with the people in this room and how you feel will never

happen again right so there's something about this moment that is priceless. It doesn't mean that you won't file it in memory, but

being here right now present with whatever is going on internally and also collectively,

individually, this will never happen again.

So this is a talking stick.

And the other thing about a talking stick is,

I don't want people to talk over each other so when you

have this stick you're the only person allowed to speak or share right also this

this moment so whoever has this

uh... can say anything

and also a share, because you may think that, oh, I've shared before and this is what a share looks like,

it could look like anything.

It could be anything from a revelation to something that makes no

sense, you know, so you're contributing to the collective and people here or even maybe not here will take something from what you

share.
