I'm Pastor Erwin, I'm Phil McManus, and just wanted to thank you for listening.

And we've been together on three quests.

The first was a quest for honor where we journey together to learn how to live lives that

are courageous, where we can live beyond our fears to an extraordinary faith.

And then we move to a quest toward nobility.

And in that quest for nobility, we found the path to wholeness and healing and how to

find a way through our deepest wounds to live a life of unimaginable generosity, a life

filled with beauty and wonder.

And then last week, we began our last trilogy, our last quest, this quest for enlightenment.

And on this quest, it's somewhat different than the other ones, and in that in the first

quest, we're trying to break free from those things that hold us like arrogance and pride

and on the second one to break free from greed and avarice.

But on this quest, we're trying to break free from our propensity to live foolish lives.

And some ways the quest for enlightenment is a journey to end stupidity.

And we talked about that a bit last week that while Jesus has come to save us from our

sin, he certainly didn't save us from our stupidity.

And so many times, the things that we think are caused cosmically, that our life is going

bad because of these unknown forces that fate just isn't working our way.

It's really just because we're stupid.
