| 0:23.2 | It basically feels like emotionally vomiting about what's going on in my life and how I came |
| 0:28.5 | to the conclusion that there are things that I need to stop doing in preparation for this new year, |
| 0:35.5 | that even though we still have some time to go, I want to go into 2025 |
| 0:41.0 | very differently than I am doing 2024. |
| 0:44.9 | And some of that was out of my control, as I discussed, and some of that is firmly in my |
| 0:48.9 | control. |
| 0:49.5 | And so part of it was this realization that I need to give myself permission to stop. |
| 0:54.5 | In order to start doing the things that will be helpful and beneficial to me in 2025, |
| 0:59.7 | I need to stop doing some things today. |
| 1:03.3 | And part of that also means that I need to do that in two areas of my life, |
| 1:08.6 | both professionally and personally. |
| 1:10.7 | And I promise that the rest of the week I would dedicate the time not to talking about myself, |
| 1:15.2 | but to talking to you and to encouraging you to join me on this permission to stop train. |
| 1:22.7 | And that you have some tools and some ideas of how you can in your professional life, which is what |
| 1:28.9 | we're going to talk about today. And on Friday in your personal life, how you can stop doing the |
| 1:35.2 | things that dishonor yourself, that drain you, that opt you into struggle, that rob you of your joy. |
| 1:41.6 | What can you stop doing? Now, for me, looking at things in the professional |
| 1:45.8 | realm of my life, I have been fortunate in the sense that I have been able to move forward |
| 1:52.7 | with my own business that has been relatively successful, honestly. And because of that, |
