And today I want to share with you a little bit about what's been going on behind

to opting out of struggle. And I'm not perfect, but I know where I want to go.

I think I know how to get there.

But I don't always execute perfectly.

And this is about a moment to talk about that and also tell you that I want to enter 2025 very differently than my

2024 self is behaving. But in order to get to this version of myself in 2025, there are some

things I have to stop doing today right now, no more. And so this episode is all about the permission

I'm giving myself, and by extension, I hope you to stop. What are the things that you need to

stop doing as we close out the year so that you can start living the life you deserve now and heading on into

So let me go back a little bit and tell you about how I got to this place of, I'm stopping.

If you've been listening to the podcast, you know that I've had challenging 2024.

Both of my parents got extremely ill, extremely ill.

It resulted in them going into the hospital more times than you would believe.

It resulted in me having to commute back to my hometown, which was eight hours one way,

and factoring in just the cost of that,

going back and forth, which I did about 18 times between January and June. I really struggled.

I had a lot of stress going on in my life, just parentally and with my family and trying to make sure everyone's okay.
