three-day weekend if you live in America and you know what if you don't live in America I hope you took a three day weekend for yourself because you deserve it.

Anyways today we are talking about just a little riff on an experience I had over the weekend.

So I was Austin this weekend at a lake house,

hanging out with some family,

and we decided to hit up one of my favorite sour breweries.

Well, I say that now.

At the time, I hadn't been there.

But now it has become

one of my favorite sour beer, brewery.

While we were there, I thought it was just a normal day.

I thought I was just out with my family,

having some beers, having a good time,

but there was a farm tour.

And this was a place that was about an hour-ish

outside of Austin.

Obviously, you know I'm in on the farm tour guys.

I signed up straight away for that farm tour, whipped out my camera, and started to film the entire thing.

And I wanted to share a few things that I learned on this farm tour that I thought were really interesting.

Now, the head farmer there, his name is Pepi, he's a really cool

guy, bright red hair, bright red outfit, super entertaining guy. And as he walked us around the firm,
