When you go in to work with an organization, where do you usually find the organization?

Any organization big or small will be in one of four culture stages.

Stage number one, lowest performance. Here it's an impulsive culture. The next one is

hierarchical. So that's the top-down command and control culture. The next one is an

independent culture and then the highest performing culture is

interdependent and then give them the assessment and then they're gonna see the

reality. Those are always painful. The way that we approach it is meeting the client where they are. The point is to, you know, just as a great performance coach does is...
