What's up girl, I'm so excited that you're here for today's episode because we're

going to talk about the power of a tough conversation because often we look at all the

negative aspects of having a tough conversation but on the other side of a tough conversation

is going to be some beautiful growth and you know it's interesting because sometimes

we're in this like in between stage where we know we need to make a decision or we know

we need to talk to someone about something but we avoid it because we think that it's

more comfortable to avoid it and stay in what we already know but eventually you can't

shut that feeling down anymore of this tough conversation that you know you need to have.

And you know there are some of you maybe you specifically that there is a conversation

that you desperately need to have in your career because you're on the brink of burnout.

Maybe that conversation is with your manager that you need to book a time on their calendar

to unapologetically ask for that freaking raise or tell them that they need to hire someone

to support you right or have a tough conversation that you need to put your notice in and

you need to leave and go somewhere else and that conversation is going to be tough because

you're going to have to put yourself out there you're going to have to advocate for yourself
