It's the conversation we need to have around giving yourself permission to evolve and

honestly not being for everyone whether you are an entrepreneur or you're a podcaster

and creating content out in the world like you got to learn this lesson and I'm learning

it in real time in a major way right now.

But honestly, even if you're not building a business or you're not a content creator

or podcaster, it's really important that we recognize that we have to be the ones that

give our self permission to evolve even if some people don't understand it.

And it can feel really difficult sometimes to be in a stage of life where you are in

a major evolution.

It's kind of like if you're stretching, you're feeling like that pull to the next level.

Stretching doesn't always feel good, but I think if we talk about it and normalize some
