Girl, I'm so excited that you're here for today's episode because we're going to talk

about changing your freaking mind and a little about detaching from the outcome of the actions

that we take as we're trying to get clarity on what it is that we're excited about and

like what light to step in life because we just need to normalize that this is how evolution

works, right?

Like constantly we're evolving into a different version of us which means sometimes the things

that we wanted we no longer want anymore or they just don't make sense based off of season

of life and I just want to have a raw conversation because you know on this podcast I like to

think of us like we're girlfriends, we're chatting over spicy margaritas although currently

at the time that I'm recording this I'm 16 weeks pregnant so I'm drinking mocktails

but you know what I mean like I just like to have these real raw conversations.

So I want to share with you a little life update.

I also want to share with you a couple specific times in my life that I've changed my mind

and how the outcome that I got wasn't what I expected yet it turned out even better

because I think we can all use that reminder sometimes.
