Girl, I am so excited that you're here for today's episode because we're just going

included, to get better at asking for help because I think this is something that we all

struggle with for different reasons, but I want to share with you like how this has been

coming up for me in this current season of life because you know, if you've been listening

into this podcast for a while, you know, my intention with starting this show was that

it would feel like a come with me, let's figure out life together type of show where the

positioning is like we're girlfriends, right?

Like I'm just chatting with you like I would if we were sitting across from each other,

having a cup of coffee, a spicy margarita, glass of red wine, oh my gosh, it's so

beautiful.

That's also sounds really good right now.

Anyway, I'm pregnant, so I can't drink wine.
